Let me present a real-life example.

This is about an education institute where the telecallers were using Zoho.

The leadership had a complain that the team – was not calling enough leads. The leadership said that all other things being equal, the more the telesales calls or emails or sms or whats app the prospective students per minute, the more productive they are. But the team was not calling enough.

When we deep dived we found the following. Telesales said that they had tasks created for follow-up. He was busy completing the pop-up task.
