It was really a great moment to interview Mr.Richard Harris of Harris Consulting Group. I have always followed the great sales leaders from the USA and California. Seated at India, I often feel I miss the chance to be close with these great Sales Leaders. India is yet to create such a community.

Mr.Richard has trained amazing companies like Zoom, Datanyze,Terminus, etc. These are not so called motivational training that we often end up thinking as sales training here in India. These are serious sales process training, sales kpi training, and so on. For those of you who have not been following such great leaders please do follow them. I hope you heard the last interview with Mr.Mike Bosworth. Ofocurse, again in this video you will find that I was at the initial stages bit stammering. But with time Mr.Richard got me comfortable.

Mr.Richard has been awarded as the Top 25 Most Influential Inside Sales Professionals in 2018 Award by AA-ISP. He has been Awarded as 40 most inspiring leaders in Sales Management.

In India, Sales is still a career option by compulsion and not by choice. This can only change when we can make it more better experience for telesales or Insidesales as well as customers. There is a process for sales, a science to it, a psychology to it.
